I haven't written in a long time ... but I'm going to do an entry that's kinda deep and meaningfull, and has been on my mind for the past few days...
My friends. My friends mean the world to me. I honestly have no idea where I'd be without them. They've kept me alive and helped me achieve things I never thought I could. The thought of that in a year and a half there's a chance I may never see you guys again, makes me want to die. So this ... this is a thank-you to everyone, just incase I don't have time to tell you in person. Sorry if some are repetitive and they're in no particular order ... so don't be offended by your placing.
~* Katie *~ Best friends for 13 years. And things will never change. We have so many memories together. You're one of the friends I know I'll still be in strong contact with until the day I die. We called eachother at least once a week, even when we weren't going to the same schools. I love you so much, and never change. And don't worry, the man will come around. I know. It's me. :wink:
~* Meagan *~ I met you in grade 9 English, and we were "homework buddies". It started from there, and it's grown. SUM 41, Nickelback, Backstreet's Back, the random get-togethers, those are memories I will have forever. Your friendship and caring have meant alot to me and I hope that in some way ... I can return the favour. Love ya Bitch!
~* Matt *~ Another best friend since junior kindergarten. I remember you playing air guitar to O Canada beside Mrs. Green. Classic 8)... My first crush ... now my big brother. I feel so comfortable and safe around you. I always have, that's an amazing quality (among many) which you should never lose. Love ya Matt! *hug*
~* Eric *~ What can I say? Lickandtaffleidywannersun nerfef. You're crazy and hilarious and oh - so -great. Like... Mmmm mmm good. lol. You have great talent in many forms. Meeting you in grade 9 was probably one of the greatest moments of my life. I'm glad we've become such good friends, and I hope this won't change. Love ya Hoob!
~* Mal *~ We never really met until this year ... but I am so glad we did! We've confided in eachother a lot over the past few months, and it's helped me and (I think) you a lot. If it wasn't for you on New - Years Eve, I wouldn't be alive here, typing this. So thank you so much. Never change. Ever. Love ya hun!
~* Geoff *~ I know now what you truly think of me, so I'm not going to go proclaiming that we're friends. 'Cause I know you don't want to be. So I'm going to thank you for the times you given me. Thank you for the friendship and love you gave me, even if it was for a short period of time. Even though you don't want it, know that someone out there cares about you. Bye
~* Sarah *~ Oh man Sarah. "STOP ALL THE DOWNLOADING!!" You're a great friend. As you stay up with me on MSN, keeping me company, our friendship grows stronger. We've both had our ups and downs together, and comforted eachother when need-be. Thanks soooo much for everything (yes, even the pizza). Love ya Sarah!
~* Chris *~ "Hey!! You're the window kid!!". From grade 1 bus crush, to Tempest to Twelfth Night. You've always been there to make me laugh and to offer a shoulder to cry on. Perhaps one day, our timing will work out. But either way, thanks for being there for me. Especially when it's gotten you in trouble. Zippo kids for life! Love ya!
~* Dawn *~ Boonie Chicks! We had our differences in the past, but now is what matters. You're such a tough kid, and you don't get nearly as much credit as you deserve, and that INCLUDES from yourself! You're going places girl. One day, I will walk into your sports bar, and I'll say to my fellow unemployed friends, "Hey! I went to school with this girl! Maybe I can borrow some cash!". But hopefully we'll still be good friends, so you can lend me your money from being famous anyway! I kid, I kid. Anyway, keep on truckin' girl. We'll make it! Love ya!
~* Ian *~ Senior kindergarten. What a year. Heck, it's been quite the 12 years! I'm so glad that we're still friends. And I've especially enjoyed becoming better friends with you over the past 5 days. One day, we'll have a bit more freedom. You said in the car tonight that you have no idea what you're going to do with your life. Well ... I know for a fact, that whatever it is that you set your heart on doing, it's going to be done, and it's going to be done incredibly! You're such a loving, dedicated hardworking individual. I'm honoured to be able to call you one of my best friends, and I hope that never changes. Love ya!
~* Corey *~ Hey bud! Grade 7 ex's! You're a blast Corey, especially when you're drunk ... or crippled ... or usually both. lol. You're awesome. Always so happy just to make it to school alive! (Especially when you rollerblade there!) We went to church as kids *laughs to herself* and we've stayed friends all through school. Thanks for being there for me ... and remember ... ~* Becky *~ Oh man, what can I say? Will I be Becky's Insight successor? lol. We are so much alike but we mix so well! I'm so glad I've met you. I would never have been able to make the cake with you!! You are honeslty one of the happiest, craziest people I have ever met! I love you so much, and know that I'm always here for you!!
~* Steve *~ Chewy!! You're awesome and oh so tough! Cancer has been a real bitch to you, but you've still made it through everything. You were in my thoughts every day while you were sick, and you're still there, but in a better way. I hope that I can in someway measure up to what a good friend you've been to me. ~* Shane *~ Strip sock poker! Man, you coulda had me! lol. Oh well. You've been great. Each class I have with you is always an adventure. You're a sensitive guy who cares about people, and believe me, the girls like that :wink:. When you've made it big one day, I'll be able to say, "I was his bands original groupie!! .... minus the sex!" lol but that could alllll change :wink: lol. Thanks for being there. I love every single one of you so much. Never change. Ever. I wish I could come close to measuring up to what awesome, and influential friends you've been to me. You've shaped me. I love you all so much, especially for putting up with me. For those of you who know what I did two weeks ago, I'm sorry, and for those of you who don't, go down about 3 blogs and read. You'll find out. I wanna run to all of your houses and give you each a hug right now, but I can't so I'll give an extra big one next time I see you.
We still have quite a bit to learn about each other, but I still consider you one of my best friends. You were always there for me when I needed support, and I'll always love you for that. Honestly, I'd be lost if it weren't for you.
*shakes fist* I just wish you weren't so damn busy over the March break! lol! You SO owe me a weekend! hahaha! XP
